The two axis servo drive of this equipment controls the pipe turning and feeding. The bending action of the CNC pipe bending machine is driven by hydraulic pressure, and the rotary encoder is controlled by real-time feedback. Equipped with a slow bending system, it can also achieve accurate bending.
The mold interface adopts the quick change design. After replacement, it only needs to adjust the clamping preload of the NC pipe bending machine, which is convenient to adjust.
